No Comments »Stumbled upon a great deals site called Cheapstingybargains.com. I was shopping around for a Dell and needed a coupon code, and found the site. I was able to save 30% off on a Dell Vostro Laptop. It looks like the codes expire weekly, so you may see something else than what I saw. You can go to their dell coupon page to see all of their offers.
They also have nice pages for HP and Lenovo coupons.

Google Pedometer (no good in Safari, but it works in Firefox on a Mac). The default location is Hoboken, NY so you’ll need to zoom out of the map, drag it to your location then zoom in. nb. This map takes distances as the crow flies, so you’ll need to follow road routes to get an accurate reading.

From the tone of most articles it sounds like the Government of BC is not forthcoming with much information - even the city of Vancouver is asking the Gov’t questions.
food for thought if you plan to buy property adjacent major routes through East Van: East 1st Ave, East 12th Ave and Hastings Street.
